We’re confirmed for the formal presentation to EDC on November 19, 2019. We will show, among other things, upgraded renderings, a conceptual landscape plan and our vision for activating the back lane. This presentation is open to the public.

Unfortunately the City calls everything taller than four storys a tower. We think it’s a mid-rise.

Hi Dave, thank you for sharing the EDC agenda. I think the City made a mistake as this is still the informal presentation, thus closed to the public.

Hopefully if zoning is approved, we will apply for a development permit right away. Construction will take 2 1/2 years.
