I've been so out of touch with the progress(or lack thereof) with Emerald. So apparently they started construction earlier this month....which is all I know. Are they about to begin selling phase 3 or they started already? Anyone know how the sales go in phase 2? Does anyone have the latest...

Couple of questions: Anyone know the range of prices for a 1+1 in Emerald 2? What is the latest current completion date for Emerald 1 at the moment? If the date is pushed further back, what are the consequences to the builder and/or buyer?

Actually I don't mind the look, but I do agree with solaris, the roof block looks ugly. I hope they at least color it in the end and why does the block need to be so big?

Looking towards the east view, how close will the new rental building be to Emerald building 1? Looks pretty tight.

When I went like 2 weeks ago, the lowest they had was 24th...so obviously that unit is doing quite well. I think it's one of their popular ones. The price is almost similar to what I was quoted except for 284K, I was interested in the 25th floor. The price is not too bad...it's a little cheaper...

I was pretty close of getting this unit too, but the last time I checked which was like 2 weeks ago, they had nothing left below 23rd. I was looking at the 25th or 26th for around 284K(after the discount)....so I'm not sure how you got that price at 20th. Unless they raised the price recently...

Emerald said they can refer you to one if you don't have one, but it's probably better to have a lawyer not associated with them at all.

Somehow I can tolerate the 722 over the 665. The wasted space in 665 seems more blatantly obvious whereas at least the 722, you have better arrangement of furniture.
