    I agree that we don't know much about Alldritt, I am also skeptical if they can do it or not, but that doesn't mean they can't do it. Wasn't the ICE District the Katz Groups first project?     Who in the world is going to occupy that tower? Do they have an anchor tenant for this yet? It'll never be built until they can find a large enough tenant (at least in the tower's current form).     @Daveography also CTV recently they said the JW Marriott was going to be 215m they should really check their facts.

They also call this project a "Catalyst" for future development, however as much as i'd love to see this go up I kind of disagree because there are other things in the Quarters such as the Hyatt Place hotel, Hat @ Five Corners, The Armature, Valley...
