Those can't travel at 30km/h and are mobility aid devices. They are not required to follow vehicle laws like bikes are. Or was that sarcasm?

The City and Province still see bikes as "vehicles" so they design things so that bikes are on the road, not beside the sidewalk and pedestrians where they belong.

The line that loops back on itself for Markham looks to be a substantially larger percentage of the total lines leaving Markham than Richmond Hill's.

Really shows you which cities/suburbs are bedroom communities and which ones actually have a decent amount of employment. The difference between Markham and Richmond Hill is pretty striking, especially since they're next to each other.
