Well Covid really reduced volumes of people commuting and visitors in downtown. I would be all for having the patios brought back every summer. If there is a positive that came out of Covid, that is one of them.

I looked up the Specs on the building, it mentioned there is AC for each unit. I am guilty of spreading the rumor without putting any effort into verifying.

Part of me almost wants this building to be empty. If a building sits vacant with no AC, many units with no balcony, and square footage of 450, perhaps developers will change their business model to provide some value to tenants. I just dont want this to be a trend. Aesthetically, its a great...
