I can confirm that they have 2 bed soho's. I know for sure that they were selling 707 sq ft soho's and 738's as well. Those were the first units to sell out I'm sure.

well I know they had a horrible time during the recession, where they had sold nothing in the first 8 months pretty much... then that tower sold most of the units in 3 days through agents, phase 2 and three went fast to agent only sales. I'm just really confused about the total sold now because...

I agree with that too. Some builders offer window coverings. My condo came with horizontal mini blinds on all windows and glass doors. It's not exactly what I want but its an extra expense I dont need to put out for and saves me from having to do it on my own.

Where are you getting this info from? I am pretty sure they are only letting people buy one unit. I asked and they said 1 title per person in order to keep it as an owner occupied building.

yeah i bought in the plazacorp project. I have the southwest corner of the west tower so one tower wont cause me too much of a problem. I bought there because I was under the impression that the CNE wouldn't be built on. But thats life i guess... Thanks for your reply Dave

I second that. I had a one plus den and the builder let me upgrade to a larger unit. I am really happy with the choice because even though I spent an extra 120 grand on the unit I will have the option of renting out the second bedroom while I live there. I can cut out 60-70% of my mortgage...

Was at the showroom today... I counted just under 40 units left in the Tower to sell. They were all the bigger units. anything under 700 sq ft was gone. The model suite was being ripped apart today as I was there and I was told they are going to change it up now to get ready for phase 2 to come...

Well if that is true then that means that they will be bringing out phase 2 of KWL. They put that on hold to sell the Tower so lets see what happens now.
