Yes internet speeds are really fast in M1 as well. Consistently around 20mb/s which is way faster thean advertised by rogers for express.

Ya I checked out the lofts on the PH of M2. I wasn't really impressed, but that is just my personal taste as I think they actually make a 1 floor of the euqivalent square footage just feel way smaller. Lofts need to be at least 1200 or 1300 square feet to not feel like 2 really crammed floors...
