I'm on the 6th floor in M1 as wel,l we're neighbors :). I have been here for about a month now and at first I also noticed that the AC wasn't so great, the curtains really help a lot and keeping your doors all open help the circulation. It seems to be doing a lot better now. :cool:

We've been living here now for almost a month and I got to say that we are absolutely loving it. I love having the subway just across the street. We'd be willing to rent ours out.

Hey everyone, Our PDI has been set up for the 9th. We're pretty excited. We have also booked out elevator for the 14th and will be getting our keys the day before. :) Yay!

I was thinking... well I don't know how we'd go about this, but if there we're any takers that we could set up a zipcar spot at our condo. I know I saw one other person here without a car, I know there's tons of zipcar stations downtown and up yonge street. What does everyone think about that? I...

I'm pretty happy with the windows. I think the brownish tinted glass goes well with the colour of the whole building.... As for the facebook group I'd be ok with that as well.. I also work pretty close our future home.. 1.5 hour commute is horrible!

Yeah .. it was kind of an awkward conversation.. But he offered the flooring and when, we got to the handles he told us that the flooring wasn't standard and then explained the whole situation with the sales reps and so on. I guess you'd have to be there but yes...
