Got an email this morning from baker Re Says the podium will be 9 stories prices start at $199 K as another poster mentioned Interesting that it says that it will have strokes of primary colors though I don't see it in the render

So with that registration date in mind, when is everyone going to shop for their mortgage?

The metro also says 41 floors It depends a little bit if they count the lobby as one or two floors.

judging by these notices, I'm guessing my move in date would be sometime in september 2010 which is fantastic for my personal situation. I am surprised however that'll it take that long to get everything done. I'm would venture to guess that GGH is setting realistic time lines instead of...

I can't imagine much going on the site of the Gerstein center (based on its footprint) other than a small low rise component, perhaps an x3 but exclusive condo, ie. 1 unit per floor for 10 floors, that would be really neat in a mini version of the x and x2.

The height increase is for a mere 2 meters for the mechanical. There is a notice on the site for it. I'm pretty sure what their referring to. It would be rare this late in the game to make any major changes.

Interesting.....I just assumed that they were going to use a fake turf for the putting green, I almost prefer it that way cause it'll keep the maint fees a little lower. My guess is that this area will utimately become an area for dogs.....and less golfing

it is in fact a laneway (a pretty wide one) for the cars for an entrance off charles and I believe an exit off jarvis there is a sidewalk on both sides of the driveway which also extends and wraps around the putting green area. I don't have a picture but was on the site a few days ago

I think u'r right, there is prob going to "art" in the lobby ie. a mural or something and/or small pieces of art but nothing in terms of large sculptures

As far as I know, there are no sculptures in the lobby there is suppose to be one in the amenity area where the pool is (according to the renderings and scale model)

Weirdfishes Yeah I agree, I'm hoping this isn't the final product The brick looks pre-fabed and is the only point of contention in their workmanship so far, they look like they came in sections which doesn't make the brick work succinct

I like the little detailing on the townhome above the doorway, I expect the lobby to get a bigger version of that. Anyone think this will be ahead of the schedule Spring 2010 occupany date?

Cdr108, this sounds very promising! Anything to substaintiate those rumours? I don't dispute it, just curious to know where it is coming from It it does happen, it'll speak volumes for the project

i think we gotta wait for the first round of balconies to go up........it'll prob unite the building much more and create some better lines for the exterior of the building....

I had the other lady, i forgot her name but I believe there were only two people. She was kind of weird/awkward to begin with, a little uniformed about many of the questions I asked. I guess your experience really depends who you had

This will be moved to the real estate section but to answer u'r question I'm not sure what the going rate is but I would gather in the $500/sq ft range give or take what u'r unit is, what floor your on. I called the sales office today and there are only three units remaining for sale which...

What's everyone guess as to when this project will finish? or least have their first round of occupants? Currently Floor 29 or 30 (one floor a week) = 14 more weeks which equals, tops out by the end of the year. Glass will shadow the building and be fully glassed by Feb. I currently...
