It's a great area and i've never had any problems. By fay most neighbours, visibly suffering, are not violent. You will get to know many of them if you chose to call Parkdale home. The vibrancy can't be beat. There is always Dundas to the North! That bridge can use some more light as many...

At $400, a night!

The rear neighbours there have a backyard, and to them it makes all the difference. Not that I care too much about those folks who reside on Beaconsfield; must be the most boring gentrifying folk of all the little nice side streets around these parts.

Today, June 15th

They used gold for the fitzrovia sign, silver on the dollar, and bronze on the façade treatment there... how perplexing. I still kinda like it. Excited to see the final product and of course, get a pint at the bar.
