    the concrete comes 'sealed' but it'll be ugly like a parking garage.. You want to get it polished.

    Standard 'sealed concrete' is pretty ugly. Think of a parking garage, that's what it is basically they just seal it to waterproof it. If you polish (and usually epoxy it) it starts to look really amazing - reflecting light and is very low maintenance. Check out http://www.floorlab.ca/ for...

    Forgive me if this has already been covered, but I'm trying to find out of this 'home renovation tax credit' applies to 'condo upgrades'.
