Went away at the end of March and was surprised to see how little progress was made on this returning last week.

Rumor from nearby landowners is that demolition of the existing building stock will occur in August.

They have installed pretty extensive LED lighting throughout the lot, and are re-doing the entry-exits with new kerbs out of poured concrete. I would say this is becoming a parking lot. Makes sense in a way—across from St. Mikes with all the other surface parking lots in the district gone /...

Excavation began late last week. Finally able to stop by to take a couple snaps today.

You know they have to be close, the ads are coming down. From Oct 12. As well, the bike posts are marked as going any time after Oct. 1o: Businesses along the line have signed off on the tie backs, so it is just a matter of days.

Owner of a nearly adjacent building on Church mentioned to me that they were told an October start for excavation.

Last couple of days, they have been taking soil samples where the old NOW building was.

They are taking down the crane. One less in my line of sight.

FYI, last week there was a drill team doing core samples throughout the north parking lot area.
