When or Will there be a clean up and fix up of the former airport control tower?

I really hope if a redevelop happens we don't see another BMO Lot sitting looking like a war zone for years waiting to be build on.

This looks really good, is the lot that holds the parking and Chicago Deep Dish apart of this also?

Noticed the plus 15 is open on this and took a walk thru it really looks great. Sad to see most of the plants on the wall are dead or very close to it. Wonder if there is an issue with the water system?

I was there the other day and when they are running they have a lighting on the inner edges built into them which really adds to them also!
