The 100 Metre List data for this building is still at the old 340+ m height, and it seems riddled with errors and omissions. Is it no longer being maintained? @DonValleyRainbow

This list seems to have several clear errors, and hasn't been updated for several months.

As a next door neighbour of this proposal, I was worried. After seeing the details of the proposal, I am relieved. It will block a little more light, but will actually be a pleasant addition to the cityscape in the Bay/Bloor area! A pleasant surprise!!

Interesting! We live just to the east of this. Also, if they were planning this, why did they just complete a rather extensive renovation of the retail spaces ?

Any updates on any new iterations of this proposal, since the April hearing?

So, ProjectEnd, I understand that there are details that you cannot divulge. But can you give us a bit of a clarification regarding "drooling" height junkies? Are we talking something over the magic 300m? Inquiring minds need to know! :)

Guess you're right, but one can't expect every single building in the district to be preserved as they are. These ones seem kinda useless and ugly as-is, and I do know the area. Some go, some stay, but the neighbourhood is revitalized, and the KEY buildings remain.

But, Hydrogen, you need to pay attention to the WHOLE sentence... It's being TEMPORARILY worn down, only to be reconstructed later. :cool:
