I am guessing Lanterra, Daniels, Tridel or Menkes will buy the projects. I'd say Great Gulf or Pinnacle but both are pretty busy right now with their big projects. GG hasn't even acted on Mirvish yet and that's a huge project to undertake. Pinnacle has the massive One Yonge project.

Embarrassment? I think that's a tad dramatic. I mean it's a boring rectangular box, a few lines thrown in to give it character. But overall it's just infill, nothing amazing, nothing horrible.

Unfortunately office tower height is based on demand, and in a country like Canada where the population is only 36 million....you simply aren't going to get the massive office towers. We don't have the big companies like the US, and most developers don't want to propose these 60 storey 2 million...

Im curious how they plan to light these towers up. The first tower is pretty much topped out now with the exception of the mechanic box which will add another 50ft or so to the height. I have a feeling that when these triangles light up they are going to stop people on the street. Trust me...

Yeah this one looks stalled. Great Gulf bought it out 3 years ago and we still have crickets. No word of anything being started either.
