Oh no ! I thought that the project was close to have all the necessary permits to be built. In December 2016,they applied for a SPA ,which is the final process of municipal approval. Will we have to wait another 4-5 Years again to see the beginning...

Good finding, but i hope Amazon will lease Union centre instead of this one. Union centre architecture will be a better fit for Amazon than the 16 York style. 16 York could have been so much better in term of architecture.

Please tell me someone, isn't the last floors of the tower be curved like in the rendering? I think that the building will be soon topped out and i dont see a curved top again.

7 YONGE is going to be the phase 1 of the project 1-7 yonge street. It going to be located north of the Toronto star building. So yes it's that location,but to be more precise it's on the corner between Yonge and Lake Shore blvd.

Slowly but surely it will happen one day. I am really glad that they are working on the project seriously . But,isn't the project already approved.I dont understand totally the purpose of the documents posted today . Thank you in advance someone for some clarifications.

I am glad to hear that the project has been approved. However,i have 2 questions. The first one what kind of permit is approved ? Is it the rezoning,the OPA or the site plan application? My second question is can they start to market the project very soon(maybe this year). Thank you in advance.
