Just drove by this one and there was a crew on site while 112 street was blocked off with a couple of big trucks unloading tons of equipment including an excavator. It’s safe to say this one is officially starting. I’ll make sure to take some photos next time!

Shoring has begun 🥳 I gotta say, this isn’t one of the developments I thought would be starting this year, but I’m happy it is! Another couple hundred residents living in the area and an empty lot gone are never a bad thing.
