They will be working with TBD architecture and synergy on the structures and plan on building both residential buildings + the commercial one all at once 🥳
Based on the development permit, Mercury Block II is only going to have 2 levels of underground parking compared to the 3 levels in Mercury Block I. This building is going to come out of the ground that much quicker 😍
It looks like one of the retail spaces facing the courtyard is now pending. Any guesses / ideas what it might be? I would personally love a poke bowl restaurant 😜
So happy to see this development under construction. I have a feeling it will be a nice destination and worth the drive even for those living in Edmonton 😊
Not 100% sure tbh but it seems like they could be. They were just posted last month so perhaps there is some movement? I wouldn’t be surprised if the redevelopment was finally going to start now that the valley line is open.
Finally had the chance to stop by and check it out today. I am absolutely blown away. This is easily my favorite development in the city and I think it will be hard for anything else to steal that title for a while.
