So it looks like the building that’s under construction right now is only phase 1! Phase 2 which will include another u-shaped building, which will start construction in 2023 and be ready for occupancy in 2024, as per Procura. Very exciting for Century Park!

Plus another 132 units in the building that just started construction in the last few weeks across the street from University Heights (Mckernan Crossing). That’s almost 1300 units! Seriously impressive.

Just drove by and they were putting a large banner on the hoarding that said “find your home” and “Citizen” underneath as the official name of the tower which I personally think is a great name 👍🏼
