Quite frankly, the only location to legitimately break the monotony of the present skyline, is Commerce Court 3, being slimmed down and allowed to soar to at least a 350 metre height, hopefully with a re-imagined design befitting a world city!

Nevertheless, this is the most ideal site in the city for at least 350 metres in height!

I still can't help but feel that perhaps the greatest opportunity for a major super tall is being missed. This building should be slimmed down and expanded to at least 350 metres tall. Pity!

Thank goodness these buildings have no balconies. Balconies on buildings higher than 12 stories is ridiculous!

Is this what passes as haute couture at Canada's most prestigious corner? It looks more like the bargain basement at a strip mall! Disappointed is my wholly inadequate response!
