    Toronto Toronto | King West Life Condominiums | ?m | 25s | Plaza | Gabriel Bodor

East Liberty Street is very congested now that construction for Liberty Tower/Bliss is in full force. I think they're just using the KWL area because there's no where else for the trucks to park.

I don't see this complex being completed until 2013. Most places I've heard of are compelted two years after they say they'll be completed.

That's great to hear AO. With this great weather in the forecast, it looks like construction is slated to be on schedule. I heard that people should be coming in for their finishes/upgrades some time in the summer/fall.

    Liberty Village Towers/Bliss (CanAlfa, 24 + 20s, IBI-HB)

I went by the site this morning. It looks like the level that they are currently working on, once completed, will bring the Liberty Tower side of the complex to street level. So basically after that, they will start working on the main floor!

new pics posted on Emporis: http://www.emporis.com/en/il/pc/?id=302157&aid=19&sro=1&yr=2009&mt=4 So Liberty Tower has an expected occupancy of July 2010, and Bliss has an expected occupancy of November 2010. I'm thinking Liberty Tower will more likely be November (at the earliest) and Bliss...

keep in mind that the size of your balcony will probably dictate how much time you will spend on it. Of the units on the 5th floor, I think the charlotte was one of the ones with the largest balcony. If I were in your shoes, I would consider the size of the balcony and relate it to the amount...

i thought that if you were on the 5th floor or higher, that it would be enough clearance

From what I've been told, concrete won't set properly if it is colder than -15.... or maybe it's -10. Let's hope it stays mild.
