Can't help by have my eye drawn to the Edgewater Towers from this perspective. Like a steady 4th dman...nothing spectacular about them, but I am sure happy to have them on the team.

    Landsdowne Centre - 5120 - 122 Street - Redevelopment - proposed

Stan Alldritt has more money than everyone on this forum combined. I wish we could see some of these projects move forward, but either way, they certainly don't need them to in order to "remain in business". I believe they are still developing out the land parcels of land in Granville, so...

Phase 2 land went to market through a broker this morning, so I wouldn't expect to see any action here anytime soon. Listing says that Phase 1 sold out, so perhaps that means that final unit sold?

    Edmonton | 121 West | ?m | 10s | Regency Developments | DER + Associates

Sold for $91,600,000. Fans of the Emerald Tower & Tower 101 will be rejoicing if some of this capital gets recycled into kickstarting one (or both) of those projects.

Quite the difference a well-positioned camera makes.

Sounds like they are in the process of clearing the deck with the previous food court tenants who had signed leases. Hopefully that is the precursor for moving forward with someone else in this space?

    Edmonton | CNIB Redevelopment | 106m | 32s | ONE Properties | Wallman Architects

Rge Rd started as a restaurant but expanded within the same building to open 'The Butchery', which is a butcher shop offering meats, breads, and a bunch of premade to-go items. They also added a private dining space. So a bunch of different offerings that all work out of the same kitchen.

Judging by the window pattern, that looks like a reno/reimagination of the rental building across the street (to the south). Would be the final piece in completing that block of 102nd and really creating a destination.

Kind Ice Cream has a sign up saying they are opening Spring 2023. Sorry for the bad reflection off the windows, but judging by the inside, it looks like they are getting pretty close to wrapping up their tenant improvements.

I will take it over the Talus Balls. Cheaper price tag too.

'The Last Of Us' Season 2 shoot location? Could be a solid post-apocalypse Seattle.

Unfortunately it is a little more complex than that. Also, not sure if you have seen through the entire process of a legal claim...but there is typically a loser, a bigger loser, and some well paid lawyers. So not the most appealing option, no matter how "right" you are.

    Edmonton | Stantec Tower | 250.84m | 66s | ICE District Prop.

I wouldn't hold your breathe. Some of the tenants signed their leases 4 years ago and are still waiting to be turned over the space...and as you can imagine, quite frustrated about it. I can only assume the new owners have a different vision than the original "high-end food court" that ONE was...

The awards are tomorrow at the ECC. The telecast is Monday from Rogers, where they give away the last handful of "main" awards and then have the performances that are mentioned in your screenshot

Yup, will be very convenient for one of the after parties with the main awards show tomorrow at ECC

I also think it looks good assuming the stone will be as textured as the renders make it out to be. With the energy requirements constantly changing in the building code, if you are going to have windows on basically the entire side of the building facing the river valley, don't you need to...

^ Still a crystal ball at this point. Vacancy is quite low right now, but will it still be in two years? Rental rates will go up, but will projects around Oliver absorb a lot of demand given they are ahead with construction and in a more desirable location with the current struggles of the...
