I have been told they are trying to negotiate their way out of the leases that were already signed for the food court through ONE/Katz. Not sure if the new owners are clearing the deck for a different vendor to take the whole space, but I assume that means they are saying goodbye to the food...

The tennis center is being painted right now to match (black with orange highlights to match the longboard) I just wish they either went with a predominantly silver color scheme to complement the roof, or painted the roof black. With every view of the building being elevated, you can't help...
