    Gotta be honest... I was expecting a lot more out of the interior based on how great I think the exterior turned out. Maybe this unit just has a more scaled back interior finishing to appeal to a lower price point compared to some of the others?

    Good for them! The few times I have been to 5th Street Food Hall it was empty, but I was really impressed with the concept and the work they put into it. Clearly, it is doing better than that if they are expanding though. Chef Levi from Why Not definitely has the chops.

    I have been told they are trying to negotiate their way out of the leases that were already signed for the food court through ONE/Katz. Not sure if the new owners are clearing the deck for a different vendor to take the whole space, but I assume that means they are saying goodbye to the food...
