    I think in a project like this where there is lots of likelihood of customization and unit combination, the unit numbers will continue to fluctuate for a while, little point in trying to narrow it down now

    Have high hopes for this project. We could use a few new buildings with bigger units and better quality than the glass shoe boxes we've been building for the past 20 years.

    I know design is pretty subjective, but I don't understand how you can say that the design of this building is "crap". I think they've put in a lot more work and thought into it than many new condos in the city.
