    Question about the PATH connection from this complex. It is my understanding that it'll be an enclosed above ground walkway, but the Jarvis St exit ramp is lower than the Gardiner expressway. How is it feasible to install that walkway below that ramp?

    Agreed, the word "luxury" is overused, every condo ad in toronto I can think of claims they are a luxurious development of some sort. Same thing with a lot of realtors, every condo project they sell is a great buy, an opportunity not to be missed, all upside no downside. Anyway... TGIF.
