It boils down to money, who pays for what and how much. It costs millions to build and maintain that PATH connection.

Yes it is my understanding that phase 1 will not be connected immediately, but the whole complex *has* to be connected to the PATH in order for the other buildings such as Sugar Wharf to connect to the PATH.

Question about the PATH connection from this complex. It is my understanding that it'll be an enclosed above ground walkway, but the Jarvis St exit ramp is lower than the Gardiner expressway. How is it feasible to install that walkway below that ramp?

Heard that the East Tower still hasn't been registered with the city, although occupancy started in late June last year and the building had been fully occupied expect the penthouse levels since late last year. My understanding is that registration usually takes place 3-6 months after occupancy...

Agreed, the word "luxury" is overused, every condo ad in toronto I can think of claims they are a luxurious development of some sort. Same thing with a lot of realtors, every condo project they sell is a great buy, an opportunity not to be missed, all upside no downside. Anyway... TGIF.
