I know rents have been going up in Calgary but I don’t think they’re that high yet. Maybe they figure rents will be up in that range by the time the building is done.

The first tower looks filled, not sure about the second tower.

One thing for sure, the downtown views will be fantastic from this place.

I’m guessing there is a supply issue with exterior materials? Catalyst, Era and this building have been covered in Tyvek for a while.

That's fantastic. This and Gramercy going ahead, combined with Capella finishing up is going to make U/D feel much more complete.

Looking back at a post by Surreal, I see different numbers for Calgary coming from this website In the reports at the other site, Calgary's numbers look more competitive relative to the other 4 markets. Both sets of data appear to be related to VC funding, curious what the difference is?

Vancouver and Toronto are where most of the money is going, but good that Calgary is on the list. I wonder where some of the other cities like Edmonton, Ottawa or Winnipeg sit?

I don't know the formula for the commute numbers, but that's what it comes down to.
