What are people's thoughts on the chances of the green line getting built? When I first heard about the Green Line funding change it was only a delay in the funding, but now the talk is about Bill 20 and the government being able to renege on their funding deal.

Question for the experts. Is easy trim also the type of material used in the panels or just the trim system itself? I don't know what material it is, but on the lime green colored affordable housing project behind Tim's on 16th, the panels are turning to shit after only 3 years.

I like the new design more as well. The original design reminds me of that build on Centre Street and about 14th ave. Probably the same architect.

I saw a fair amount of cars at that New Horizon Mall and stopped in to see what's happening. Much to my surprise there were quite a few stores, and quite a few people. Still quiet, but not the ghost town it was.

It's a step in the right direction, but I don't see it making a difference. Walking along side Macleod Trail is horrible for cyclists and pedestrians even with wider sidewalks. There are too many entrances in and out of parking lots. The city would be better to look at something going through...
