Mind = blown!!! Soundscapes was amazing, we were right in the front....Kevin asked everyone to sit, it was very chilled. Sonic Boom was completely different. Full blast, booty shaking fun. Possibly the best concert experience I've had.

I got lucky and am going to the shows at Soundscapes and Sonic Boom. I'm really excited for Soundscapes because they can hold only 50 people so thats gonna be really amazing. By the end of the summer I'll be up to 7 BSS shows

I'm going.....can't wait. I do expect a few surprises on the set list seeing as its a home town show. Also, BSS is playing 4 concerts this Sunday around the city (Criminal Records, Rotate This, Soundscapes, and Sonic Boom). I dunno about all of them, but I hear that they are allowing 200 people...

I'm gonna have to go down one day and check it out. Since this is the first time I've bought, I'm excited to see things coming along and really cannot wait to move down (whenever that may be)

Five guys is amazing. Gonna blow everyone else out of the water......add their great fries to the conversation. I can't wait!

My parents, who also purchased a unit at Victory, got a letter today with a tentative occupancy date of Feb 28th, 2011

Is it common for builders to be willing to amend the agreement?? I want to pay the balance owing at occupancy but don't have that in my agreement so I'm hoping that I can get that amended now (I bought in July 2008).

Went by at like 6:30pm and they were stocking the shelves.....

I don't get what the big deal is, we already know that the LCBO is temporary and that once the lease is up for Winners and The LCBO we can expect something pretty much taking over that whole corner. Who in their right mind would invest into a multi-story building only to have it come down in...

I was wondering about something like a Rabba or similar. Right now I'm at Bloor & Spadina, so I have the 7-11 and Metro open 24 right by me, but am moving to Spadina and King and couldn't think of anything like that in the area.

Well whatever ends up there, it will be needed in the area. a little off topic, but there are no 24hr places anywhere in that area, are there?
