I know that the corner of Bloor/Dundas is not the best, but West along Bloor is nice, North to the Junction is changing, and Roncesvalles Village is a gem of the city in my opinion.

Yeah, I called the city planning department, they said that the entire structure is historical and that they haven't received any applications for anything on the building.

I was looking at an 11th floor, south facing unit......would be behind the mini dealership and would easily clear it by like 5 floors. Not worried about the downpayment or the maintenance fees, just curious about the value....is 388k to much for a 2 bedroom?

$527 a sq foot for a 11th floor 735sq foot 2 bedroom, south facing....worth it?? works out to be 388k without parking

well I just bought a unit downtown and decided to take the 30k and put that towards a larger unit. I don't drive, I don't plan on moving for a while so I guess it depends on your situation. Could I have afforded both the larger unit and parking?? probably not, so it wasn't even a tough decision.

i was looking there, but 1200 units or something around there?? no thanks, that really turned me off....
