As stress before if you got the wiring specify in your contract demand it be installed and have your lawyer go after them if they refuse,thats the reason you paying the money for, but any verbal contract is just a false promise....

LOL it comes to the point when a buyer actually gets whats advertised at a sales office of a condo project.Any other industry where you are shown a product and if the product isn't exactly as promised you get a refund or can sue but in real estate its a wild west as what the builders can get...

Database I can tell you from experience the builder will only fix what they are required by whats on the signed contract,if your ceiling is less than specify do you expect them to raise the ceiling or move a feeder duct?.I know people who had terrible taping on the drywalls,bad flooring...

again as mentioned its approximate ceiling height with the exclusions of bulk heads and heating ducts..so yes you may have a 10 foot ceiling at one point of the condo but if the structural build requires your ceiling to be lower at other sections then your so out of luck.Database everyone I know...

read the find print builders can get away with ALOT of defects even lower than advertise height of ceiling and placement of walls even.

wow like projectend said having a streetcar near by doesn't mean you can build anything you want from these sketchy builders.

Agree the design and height is not suitable for this location and the builder is known to make very very cheap units so this project would be all renters which does not hold well for a neighbourhood...

I didn't say anything about glass I just mentioned that the builder marketed as "memories of italy" and I been to italy a few times and the design has no connection at all with italian building design.

I think the designer took in consideration to match the final look to the church next door.Those tiny tiny side windows looks a bit weird though but still liking the over all look.
