    I tend to agree of all the projects SB came out the best...the issued with BTS is the same issues with ilofts by Camrost....bad fit and finish and terrible developers.

    In Asia 13 is considered a good strong number...I dont give a hoot about numbers except the profit I make when I sell my own unit.Even as a resale value 13 is not unlucky for asians but considered a "rebirth" number.

    That was huge price reduction to achieve a sale at this project.Surprise it took so long to sell since this is great hardloft retrofit......I seen some other desirable hardlofts taking much longer to sell that last year also,I guess the market has softened to balance market.

    yes I was there with my GF...shes also like this project...the really only drawback is the kitchen...very very dated and needs a new modern approach to it.....other than that one of the better hardloft conversions we seen....

    One month rent is the norm and is extremely easy to rent out a 1 bedroom condo in a good location....Ric take a chill pill you can find a decent condo one bedroom for around $1400 (no parking) downtown,of course it be on the fringes of the core but still its there........
