The restrictions in this city are maddening when you look at the estimated rise of population that will happen in the next 10 years. If they cared about the people, they would let these mid-rises be built at rapid speed.

You cannot compare Central Park to the brutalist mess that is Nathan Phillips Square.

Front Street really does have a "small buildings problem", it really takes away from the surrounding financial district.

Why do people hate shadows again? I'd much rather have shadows than all the heat. Imagine how NYC would look right now if they cared about shadowing.
