Regency's performance in this City keeps get worse and worse. Between this and their project west of the Brewery district as well as the Tower 101 and Emerald sites they are looking like they belong in Nisku not in the heart of Edmonton. Good gawd!!!!

The Nine Dragon Wall in Louise McKinney Parks has a chain link fence around it with a Construction Notice sign in front of it. “Finishing Dragon Wall” is what is noted under Project Description. Looking forward to see how they finish off this great project.

I would love to see Katz/One pick up the storage building and adjacent parking lot and with their own lot immediately north, develop a twin tower residential complex with a completely renovated Horne and Pitfield building. Some cool loft units like the Excelsior across the street. Maybe the size...

As much as I don't like the weed and liquor stores (and to a much lesser extent the banks) the Oilers are opening their (first ever??) dedicated team store right on the plaza very soon with the ICE House, Banquet and Loblaws soon to follow. So not all is doom and gloom. Having said that, One...
