Regarding the ATB Place DP, I vaguely remember someone saying something earlier this year about a major project and a major new tenant coming for the building/complex to be announced this summer. Is this the “big rumour”? Is this what the DP is for? Anyone with more info? Beuller? Fry? Anyone?

And to no one’s surprise, Edmonton was NOT chosen to be one of the host cities. Beyond pi$$ed right now and I suspect I will be until at least mid July of 2026.

Having thought about this more, IF we do get shut out as a host city, I wouldn’t be surprised a bit if Soccer Canada “ throws us a bone” and gives us a tune up game or two ( or more) for Team Canada leading up to the start of the tournament. By doing that they could position this in a way that...
