Decent design, good density for the area.

That's going to be quite the collection of highrises. It'll rival the Metrown skyline.

It's a ways away yet, but it'll be nice to see the facade go up. I want to see how the wavy pattern looks in real life.

It's a sharp little building. I'd like to see more of these around Vancouver.

That would be my bet as well. Sight lines aren't really much of an issue there.

It wouldn't surprise me if it was higher in Vancouver given the cost of housing.

If I recall there are around two people per unit on average in Vancouver, so maybe more like 6,000 residents, but even 6K is massive.

I didn't know this had started construction, but that's awesome.

The side with the balconies looks great, the other side....not so much.
