Has anyone moved in yet that we know of?

Sounds like a waste of time…… I may just skip out on todays session in that case. Was really hoping for some solid answers from the builder. Any other feedback on yesterdays session?

I registered for December 18th today as well. According to the sales office, my April 15th occupancy hasn't changed.

What type of compensation would you be eligible for? I guess we would have to speak to our lawyer handing the purchase?

When I last spoke to the office (last week of November), I asked about the December occupants having the option to shift occupancy into the new year. The office confirmed this was the case and also asked if I wanted to extend my April 15 occupancy by 3 weeks.

Spoke to the sales office yesterday and it looks like the first wave of occupancy will be in December. I believe they said floors 6-15 are the initial units occupied. Have you checked out the interior photos on Cityzen's Facebook page? https://www.facebook.com/CityzenGroup/ I was hoping to see...

Got another letter! At my last appointment to choose finishes I was told March 12, 2014. The latest letter I received states occupancy on April 1. Hopefully it's not an April fools joke!

My apologies, I received the letter indicating that there were 2 strikes that could affect the completion by 6 weeks. When I had my appointment to select finishes I was informed about the new predicted occupancy date of March 2014. My appointment was on May 16th. I haven't received a letter...

I received my new occupancy letter as well. Originally suppose to occupy on November 12, 2013. Has now been changed to March 12, 2014. Im on the 36th floor so Im not sure if the elevator/drywall delay will affect me. As for finishes, I found it hard to justify with the prices they were asking...

See thats where I disagree with this process. Its unfortunate that it is considered an upgrade to swap between 2 standard offering. I would think the definition of an upgrade would be to change for something better or more expensive as opposed to a colour preference between two standard counters...

Where you able to mix and match the packages at your decor appointment? My girlfriend and I really liked the grey cabinetry but wanted the light marble counter top to go with it instead of the black granite.

parking has been an issue from the start of the project. Im surprised they still havent figured it out.... especially with all the delays in getting this tower off the ground
