Has this project sold enough to start building yet?

Anyone else on the 4 floor get their PDI yet? My family has not received notification yet, seems a bit late...

Anyone who bought in this project get their ETA on occupancy? I know someone who is trying to assign a unit to me and they said the builder told him verbally 2023 Jan.

Noooo looks like the development is taking over Santouka as well.

Same thing with ERA and the bunch of condos at richmond hill center... If anyone wants to assign their unit send me a PM, I cannot imagine this is delay is any good for the end users.

Given how close it is to the hospitals wouldnt this be crazy noisy for the residents? I wonder if there would be any sound proofing measures that can be put in place.

What unit do you have PM me your floor plans and numbers. BTW Pemberton is known for extreme delays, which could be a good thing given COVID. Just like at Time and Space.
