This is about half way up now But unfortunately a worker has died on site this morning which will of cause delay construction for a while

This is one of the slowest constructions of a building in Sydney at the moment only reached about 170 meters so far ........

At the moment this building has been knocked back by the nsw department of planning as to being to high and unacceptable visual impacts due to its scale ....the casino and nsw government are now reviewing plans

Currently their building the basements and car parks A few weeks ago the 3 level penthouse was sold for a new Australian record $140 million for residential house or apartment... 40 million higher than the previous record set last year for a house ... Should be completed by 2023 Hope to get...

Update on this .... Maybe canceled...!! But Aquis has said they want to purchase the block next door for 48 million dollars and build a larger project... still waiting on news for now ..

Unfortunately this is now canceled Due to height to many complaints Joining the buildings in the Gold Coast by the same Architect as now cancelled Very sad .....

Official height has been increased slightly to 258 meters Demolition has been completed and digging etc has started

Again this one has now been dropped ................to high for area .
