First 2 photos are the top price house 3 photo is one for sale around $ 15 million not bad for a city of 600 thousand people or the 6 th largest city in Australia..

The last 2 years the Gold Coast Realestate market has picked up quiet a bit from the top price of $25 million for a house to the average price of $ 520 thousand it's all go now building apartments and new housing estates .....
