The Bowness BRT goes to the area too, sure it's not LRT or even Max service but at least theres a couple ways to get in/out.

If I had the choice to have a superstore or city market right next door to me I would choose superstore 100%. I live by the city market in sage hill and the prices for your basic staples(produce, bread, meat, mac-n-cheese, etc) are 25%+ less at superstore. There are already some "upscale"...

I'd guess it's a cost thing, wouldnt be a huge demand that way. Most commuters can still go to 52nd street to get onto Stoney/Deerfoot.

They are adding temporary suites at the south endzone for Grey Cup. I haven't been by but I THINK that is probably what your seeing.

Both have similar density and are seeing the same type of sprawl and problems that come with it. Anybody who commutes from Airdrie will tell you traffic has...

    Calgary's BRT network

⁷ I'd love to see the 52 st E BRT and the Sage Hill BRT. Pop em both out at the same time like they did with the 3 max lines. Would give the city a pretty decent rapid transit system with all those projects completed.

Seems right to me I count 24 floors done. Should top out around where the crane currently is by my math.

    Calgary Regional Rail Transit

More talk about a train to Banff. Plus a big ole parking lot and a new gondola. Seems like it's mostly talk but how awesome would a train to the mountains from downtown be. https://calgary.ctvnews.ca/mobile/proposed-eco-hub-transit-project-in-banff-shows-vast-support-1.4592550
