So according to the sales agent this deal was what pushed the financing through. They are slated to break ground in about a months time. Another exciting development in the world of Freedland!

Anybody have any insight as to how things are going with this? With the first 2 phases already under construction and phase 3 almost sold out this shouldn't really be an issue should it?

Has anybody heard anything lately regarding this project? They had originally slated occupancy for 2011 but I wouldn't be surprised to see this get delayed as they haven't even broken ground yet.

When I bought there it says Spring 2011 on my paperwork so you should double check the date on your agreement. Either way, Spring 2011 would be the earliest this building is going to be ready but I would expect some sort of delay based on whats happening with their other two towers.

I wouldn't worry about Canalfa having financing issues. They have owned this property for over 20 years and will do everything in their power to complete their vision of Liberty Village. There have been delays with their first 2 towers but that had a lot to do with issues outside of financing...
