    of all developments this year this would be such a radical change and unfortunately the rich ppl on landsdowne drive and in grandview would be super pissed lol

    not sure if anyone posted but there looks to be a new cafe/resto space opening up directly behind sepps/ace coffee in garneau with a large patio. It doesn't look like a house to me.

    This is soooo cool and the exact kind of infilling i hope to see more of when the zoning changes come in,Ive seen something similar in victoria along beacon hill park. I also have a dream of seeing like front lawn businesses maybe like a glass encased espresso bar 😅.

    i went to an event here in sept 2021 it genuinely blew me away. They had a DJ and bar set up on the rooftop it was an amazing spot.

    i cant find some but on arc studios website(which is Gorg btw) https://www.arcstudio.ca/projects. Their projects look incredible. That's why I'm hopeful, I mean the parks looked terrible in their early renderings but in the later ones were gorgeous.

    they r tearing up the parking lot in lendrum place hmmmm... on that note I have always wondered why southgate never got any TOD it could be a metrotown like situation.

    I don't get it, by this logic there's a ton of other countries that should be omitted too. If Israeli and Palestinian Canadians can come up with a solution at heritage why cant russians and ukrainians. oh well.

    the new106st bike path/Multiuse/xtrawide sidewalk?? is really nice a popular bike route before but on a really bumpy road it should grow even more now that its connected to the northern 106st bike lane in queen alexandra
