    Hmmm rather negative. However this is a great area to live with quick access to most of the city (especially when the new Lake Shore Blvd and adjacent new developments in the Portlands etc. are completed). Time will tell of course.

    I'm sure everyone know this but this used to be a movie theatre and then converted to a twin theatre in the early 80's. I recall going to the twin theatres and vaguely recall the original cinema.
