I'm not sorry to see that ugly building go! now maybe something good can be built to replace it and on the parking lot to the west of it across the street.

I would personally like to see little patches of high rise condos go up in the deep south of the city, as well as Capilano, which has one of the best views of downtown in Edmonton, Bonnie Doon, and somewhere around the old City Center Airport and Highlands right above the river, and keep future...

to me it's rather plain looking in retrospect but I like the height for that area and wish they'd do more like it in that neighborhood !

COVID or not, i'm just hoping to see the building continue and for me this is great news!

the height is very nice as well ! something different from the sea of roughly 130 m to 150 m this city has an abundance of.

it indeed is another good enough for Edmonton build ! the building designers here are void of any fresh ideas it would seem. very similar to the high rise at Capilano ! :eek:
