I heard yesterday the sale process is going to start in the next week or so. The market will get a look at this, and the other projects and determine what to do from there.

The windows are a small part of this project. The whole job is the renovation and improvement of the whole interior. Goodlife, is supposed to be relocated to a new location in the new basement which has been excavated and underpinned. Akelius will occupy the whole building once the renovations...

The building to the south that Met Com had the listing for is owned by the same company tearing down 2704. They also own the apartment building. Met Com had the listing which expired a long time ago. The owner wants to redevelop the site but has been going very slowly.

Drove by today, the demo has started to at the back of the property with the huge industrial buildings. Quite the site to see.

I am not sure which one of those renderings it is, But they are also redoing this big glass box in the middle of the hotel floors, I believe it hotel floor 1. The rooms on this floor will have walkout terraces to the new courtyard.

From what I understand the building has no heritage designation or registration. The gates are what the area neighbours have been trying to restore and protect at Alexandra Blvd.

The old Trull Funeral Home across from Sporting Life looks like it is getting ready for demolition as a permit has been approved and the windows are covered inside, for what I would think is asbestos abetment, and the trees are protected on Yonge. I believe the owner of the funeral home also...

Looks like it may be a TAS location based on the leasing signage there.
