As I mentioned on this forum a couple of week's ago Raffles is seriously looking at a downtown Toronto location that has already been approved for a 600ft + building. It would be in partnership with a local builder/developer who is a major player in the T.O condo market.

It has tacit approval from the Planning Dept. However most recent events (last week) will mean another redesign after/if 56 Temperence is aquired by other party.

The hotel brand is already in Toronto. They would just move from their current hotel. That's the reason I can't mention the hotel by name.

Re hotels; I King is about to be branded. Can't divulge name as yet. Also Raffles is very interested for inclusion in upcoming condo development.

The military club, which I believe is located at 426 University Ave., is planning to develop it's site and put up a mixed use or condo building. They are currently in negotiations with a short list of developers.
