I know it says 24-29, i didn't think floor plans varied much between floors 6-37, besides the standard and Signature options. I think this is showing signature since hardwood floors are in the bedroom, where standards apparently dont have hardwood flooring for bedrooms as a base. I could be...

S07 UNIT There's a PDF to the South East Unit floor plan. If you bought it about 3 years ago, i'd say its safe to assume the price is 25% higher already.

As of this morning @ 9am - Looks like the crane has been put up for Gooderham recently. Clear Spirit is almost half way up... i can count 19 floors. :cool: (Photo from Waterfront Toronto webcam)

Not sure why they say its at "High Park", although up the road.. There's another Condo project which is actually across the street from High Park which will be better suited with that title... This condo would have been better suited as "The Address at Midas Car Repair, and Noisy Subway...

@Redroom Studios: New Subway cars & an upgraded signaling system may help a bit with North-South on the Yonge/Spadina line. But i do agree with youl.

I work just up the street from this... I have to say though - its a decent area, but i'd hate to be in the bottom half of the building - either im looking at a brown ugly office tower, or looking at my reflection in the building to the north. It is a nice building though.

Nice, i literally live behind these abandoned houses, will be nice to finally see some nice development, and not some plain old concrete slab apartment buildings.

I looked at the building renderings - The Columns are suppose to lean (almost all of them), it's part of the Lobby design. Most of them are apparently leaning towards the East. Exciting stuff! Did anyone here buy a Unit for Clear Spirit?

I called the Sales office, and was told the groundbreaking will be on Sept. 26th, and invites will be sent out to people who purchased a unit. Can anyone else confirm?
