I went by the site last night. Seeing it in person is completely different, I find the slopes to be deceptively flat in the pics, and in real life, they seemed much more 'wavy.' (if thats even an accurate word!)

This project looks great. Any idea when construction will start? I am crazy for thinking that they have already started excavating for this?

I'm just looking through the pdf from the June 12 meeting. Was the plan always to have seven of these slips in total? I thought there was only going to be four and never knew that portland, parliament and yonge were getting slips. Are these a recent addition?

I have heard that with the second and third phases of this purchase, the total size of the contract will be $2.8 BILLION. The LARGEST in history if I recall correctly. Sounds like they need to add another factory. No?

Im sorry, I have always been confused here. On the left is Telus and on the right is the Residences of MLS? Correct? This is where I am confused as I thought MLS was two buildings and not one. Does anyone care to explain?

LOVE IT! But I agree that with our long winters and such, it may not work out too well. I like the cobblestone idea... the cement just looks so bland... there is so much more that could be done to 'beautify' it!
