And on the subject of retail, I know that Scotiabank submitted an application to the City of Toronto to put a branch in on the main floor. I believe reading that the initial request was rejected, but not sure if they have made another submission. Would be a good tenant to have though!

I was at the site the other day, in my opinion, the pictures don't do the building justice. Its coming along nicely, and it would seem that things are getting a little cleaned up as me move forward. That being said, 2.5 months until I move in... God, it seems like it is taking forever!

Hmm, are they moving the entire station site, or just the building itself? I'm bloody confused here. The old lumber yard is now rented out by some company that rents out movie trailers for actors and such. Stars something or other it is called. There's hundreds of tracker trailers, its nuts.

I love this building, it is brilliant.

I love the BA glass, there is just something about walking by the building and seeing the massive reflections in the glass. Photos don't do it enough justice IMO.

The building isn't an eyesore, I'm not sure why you are making such a big deal about it. Sure, it could be considered vanilla, but far from ugly in my opinion. Why are we back on the topic of foreign investors, wasn't this discussed enough already?

You got it right. By the time I move in, I will have purchased just shy of four years ago, and will have been delayed over 2 years in total. Brutal. And not a damn thing the head office would do for any of us.

I fully support the implementation of Plan C... we can only hope McGuinty has the balls to follow through with the revenue tools, and puts the plan into law. Heres hoping.
