There's a Public consultation this month for this Development at Castlemore Rd & The Gore Rd. This area is on the edge of Brampton suburban neighbourhoods near many large Estate homes, surrounded by farmland to the North with a massive Gore Meadows Recreation Centre to the west.

City is looking to demolish this and build higher density with MTSA plans at Gore over the next decade. Could have a relatively short life. Especially once City Pointe comes up and the Queen BRT extends through here.
